Frequently Asked

Everything you're wondering, answered.

Who is this for?+

Single parents, people rebuilding after divorce, addiction, or toxic relationships, athletes who want body and mind mastery, entrepreneurs running on empty, and parents who want resilience tools for their kids. If your life has ever felt like too much to carry alone — this is for you.

Is this a recovery program?+

No. It's a life operating system informed by recovery wisdom. You don't have to be in recovery to be here. You just have to be rebuilding something.

What is the loneliness epidemic — and why does it matter here?+

47% of Americans report chronic loneliness. Rates are highest in single-parent households and homes touched by addiction, divorce, and toxic relationships. The Village pillar exists specifically because community isn't a luxury — it's a health intervention.

What nutrition do you use?+

A stack, not a single brand: Isagenix for the core protocol (shakes, protein, collagen, cleanse days), Amazon autoship for staples, and grocery orders for real-food protein snacks and entrées. You get fueled the way you were designed and serviced regularly — like a car. Nothing extreme, nothing you can't sustain.

What does 'work with my kid' mean?+

Youth Resilience Coaching is a 12-week 1:1 season for ages 8–17. Parents book. Kids transform. The family changes.

What is Tibet?+

An August 20–September 3, 2026 pod travel experience through Travel Advantage. Your village, in motion. Your rituals, at altitude.

What is the travel membership?+

$120/month through MWR that unlocks deeply discounted travel for you and your family. Available to all Legacy Club members and as a standalone add-on.

What if I've tried everything and nothing worked?+

Then you were using willpower instead of a system — or trying to rebuild alone in a world designed for two-parent households with full support. That's not a failure. It's a structural problem. This is the structural solution.

What makes you different?+

I didn't learn this. I survived it — opioid addiction, single motherhood, financial rebuilding — and built a system from inside the wreckage. My clients don't just learn. They become.

Is this religious or spiritually based?+

No. Recovery-informed means we use the wisdom that comes from having been through hard things — not any particular belief system. All beliefs welcome. All pasts welcome.
