Meet the woman behind the ritual

I don't teach transformation. I survived it.

I'm Alexandra Goldstein, CRS, CFRS. Single mom. Recovery warrior. Nutrition coach. Ritual architect. And I know what it looks like to rebuild with nothing but a mess and a kid.

Alexandra Goldstein

I became a single mom in the middle of active opioid addiction. No clean slate. No village. No guidebook for becoming a mother while simultaneously becoming a person again. Just an overwhelming mess already in motion — fractured relationships, bills I couldn't open, a child watching me figure it out in real time.

The recovery movement itself only started in 2005. We are one generation in. There is still no roadmap.

What nobody tells you is that addiction is a family disease. Divorce is a family disease. Toxic relationships are a family disease. And the loneliness that follows all of them — that's a family disease too.

The answer isn't finding a new relationship to escape into. It isn't a 30-day challenge. It isn't a program that treats you like a problem to be fixed. The answer is facing the mess. Building the ritual. Finding the village.

One piece of mail at a time. One monthly buprenorphine injection at a time. One morning ritual at a time.

That monthly shot became my structure. Not my shame. A reminder that medicine can be a foundation — and that recovery can look like thriving, not just surviving.

Somewhere in the middle of all of it — the chaos, the injections, the slow excavation of a life — I built a body I am completely obsessed with. Emotional resilience that doesn't crumble. A home rhythm my kid could count on. Income that doesn't require me to be available every second. A village that actually shows up.

That's The Unshakeable Operating System™. And now I build it with other people.

The truth about the loneliness epidemic

47% of Americans report feeling lonely. The number is higher in single-parent households — and higher still in homes touched by addiction, divorce, or toxic relationships.

You are not the exception. You are not broken. You are in a broken system — and you need a new one.

That's what Road To Rituals™ is.
